make vietnamese iced coffee, easy making in a minute

Vietnamese iced Coffee

I wish I could tell you that Vietnamese Iced coffee was so exotic, or ancient, or takes  haft of a day to make. It would take a better story ! The truth is, Vietnamese Iced Coffee is very simple but very refreshing and delicious ! There are only three ingredients:
1)    8-10 oz. strong, brewed Vietnamese coffee ( Daily Delight is perfect for this
2)    2 tablespoons (approx) sweetened condensed milk, brand is not important, find it in the baking aisle of every supermarket
3)    Ice
This is how to do it:
a)     Put the sweetened condensed milk in the Weasel Iced Coffee glass
b)    Pour coffee into the glass
c)     Use a long  spoon or chopstick and stir the milk into the coffee, alternatively( and more showy!) , put the lid on the cup, place your thumb over the sippy hole and shake the cup until the coffee and milk are blended ( make a great foam as well!)
d)    Add ice to fill the Cup
Note: you can substitute any creamer and any sweetener for the condensed milk. Sweetened condensed milk is popular tropical countries because it stores better than milk or sugar. Occasionally I will add a pinch of ground ginger or cinnamon for the variety
